Nature of OstroBothnia (Finland)
  Forests.jpg -   FORESTS:    The largest natural habitat in Finland consists of dense forests  of conifer trees (eg: Picea, Pinus, and Larix), and deciduous, broad-leaved trees (eg: Alnus, Betula, Popolus, Salix and Sorbus). Lower plants are adpted to grow in shade and include a number of berry-fruiting shrubs namely species of Rubus, Vaccinium and Erica.
